Refund & Cancellation Policy

A booking can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival date. Within 48 hours cancellation will attract a penalty of 1 nights stay charge. No show will attract 100% room night booked.

• • A full refund will be initiated if the cancellation takes place at least 10 days before the booking date.
• • A 50% amount will be refunded to you if the cancellation takes place 7 days prior to the booking date.
• • In case of early checkout, you are liable to proceed with the full amount.
• • Children above 12 years old are considered adults and the same rules will get followed in terms of any cancellations.
• • The cancellation acknowledgement receipt can be obtained from the office.
